In other words, you can have SENSORS at Veteran level, but not at Elite by leaving it off the Elite list.
Er, no. When you're Elite, the game will believe you have SENSORS if you have that on either VeteranAbilities or EliteAbilities, same for any other ability. Sorry if my original wording was unclear. //DCoder 20:51, 22 February 2008 (CET)
