Template:RockPatchFlag This flag differs from PowerPlant in that this flag lists power plants for this side to build whenever power is needed, not just at game start. Whenever the computer needs power, it will randomly pick a structure from this list to build.
Like PowerPlant, this must go under a side section. For the Allies and Soviets, you merely have to put this under the [GDI] and [Nod] countries, but for Yuri, you need to create a [ThirdSide] section, and any fourth side you have created will need a section for this tag too.
