As I understood how this flag worked in Red Alert, it gives five difficulty settings in the difficulty choice on the slider and you could create how those would work in the rules.ini file. Like how fast the AI builds, how fast you can build, etc, any bonuses or nerfs to units, etc. I don't remember exactly because I haven't played the original Red Alert in around 20 years. Has anyone ever run a diff on the two rules.ini files and gone over the results for any insights?
