This ratio determines what proportion of the computer player's base should be composed of structures defined in Template:TTL. The number of structures constructed based on this ratio should never exceed the amount in Template:TTL.
All ratio values should exceed 100% in total, so that the computer's base will actually grow. In changing the ratios, you should note that those categories with a higher ratio value are more likely to be built by the computer.
