Content Scanning is where computer-controlled units will consider the Points and ThreatPosed values of units within transports, as well as that of the transport itself, when looking for threats. If content scanning is on, the passenger and transport Points and ThreatPosed values are added together to give a total threat value, which the AI then uses. In all other cases, only the Points and ThreatPosed of the transport are used.
In IQ settings
Controls what IQ level a house should have before its units will use content scanning.
