Can be set to 'yes' or 'no' and determines if this object is immune to the effects of any weapons whose Warhead= have MindControl=yes or PsychicDamage=yes set. This is set to 'no' by default on all units and 'yes' for BuildingTypes so by setting this to 'no' on a structure allows it to be Mind Controlled (this is the same effect as capturing it although it causes problems when it is no longer under the effects of Mind Control).
