However, the same flag appears in the multiplayer .MAP and .MRP files aswell, and these will override the InitialVeteran= flag found in Rules(md).INI. Therefore, even if you set the InitialVeteran= to positive value (yes, true, 1) in Rules(md).INI, it will be ignored if the map you're playing has InitialVeteran= set to negative value (no, false, 0).
