OS HVA Builder

OS HVA Builder is now the community's main program for creating HVA files, after its predecessor HVA Edit became very outdated. HVA files contain animation data for voxel files.
This program is capable of creating voxel and HVA offsets, as well as HVA rotations. You can also preview your animation using the tools contained within.
The application can also be used for rudimentary cameo-screenshot captures, although OS_Voxel_Viewer would be a much better choice for this.
