Specifies a list of VehicleTypes that count as PROC for prerequisite listing. Meaning, If a certain object's Prerequisite includes PROC, building one of the VehicleTypes listed under PrerequisiteProcAlternate will count as fulfilling a requirement for generic PROC prerequisite.
