Although I'm originally the one who De-Deezired this page, I guess I never actually verified the information. I can't seem to figure out how this flag is used by the engine, since ChronoDelay appears to be used even for chrono reinforcement triggers in both skirmish and campaign. //Vinifera7 02:33, 10 December 2009 (UTC)
