BlueLightning2K6, also known as BlueGalactic, is a member of DeeZire.net. After discussing C&C topics with other members, the admins somehow decided to promote him as a Super Moderator of that site. He has minor confidence issues, and takes criticisms of his actions from other members too seriously (he erased virtually all of the posts he made to DZ.net after one member's complaint). Because he is intolerant of the mistakes he makes, he is often depressed or irritable with himself. This may be because of the events of his birth, which are very unpleasant.

He frequently has creative ideas for a new faction he calls Delta, whose name is based on the last college he attended: SJDC, but doesn't readily share them with anyone in the gaming community. His view to everyone else is as follows: No one cares what I think. No one will listen anyways.

His real name is Franklin Marks, and he is a native Californian with dreams of helping people, in spite of his negative view towards the general public.
