BlueLightning2K6, whose real name is Franklin Marks, is a native Californian who was born on January 23, 1987. When he is online, he is a member of DeeZire.net. After discussing C&C topics with other members, he was promoted to Super Moderator status by the admins because he was allegedly "helping members all the time" in the forums, according to Redemption, one of the administrators for DeeZire.net. His recent avatars incorporate a Crysis soldier with a lightning storm background, which coincide with his ideas for the leader of the fictitious Delta Force: Electro, Blue Galactic Enforcer and wielder of lightning storms. The following is a work he created to explain the origin of Delta:
"Where there is hope and a thirst for justice, there is Delta. The Delta Force faction, not affiliated with the U.S. Army, is an intergalactic force that takes down terrorists and maniacs that have a negative impact on the universe. Delta was founded on 1/17/2057 as a resistance movement to the surviving members of the Brotherhood of Nod, now known as the Order of Nod, 10 years after the Third Tiberium War ended. The story of Tiberium Twilight: A Command and Conquer Armageddon involves Delta and the Order, a war of planetary travel and robotic technologies similar to Supreme Commander. Delta's High Command is composed of five male rangers called the Galactic Enforcers. Because of their mutated DNA structure, the Enforcers are avatars of nature and thus control the elements. Their codenames reflect their control of these elements, and they are led by Franklin Marks, known to the team as 'Electro', or the Blue Galactic Enforcer (you may know him better as BlueLightning2K6). Delta's military colors are blue, gold, and white. Their strategies invoke the use of solar technology (based on Allied Prism Technology, Red Alert 2 era), phase shielding (based on Soviet Iron Curtain technology, Red Alert 2), heavy armor (based on GDI tech, C&C 3 era), fast air attacks (based on USA tech, Generals era), and squad training (once again, C&C 3 era).
The motto for the Delta Force is: 'Vox in pacis tantum' (Translation: Power in peace only).
Member Data: Electro is a pacifist who has egalitarian ideas for a better world, but can be aggressive when the situation demands it; he is well known for his charisma in leading the Delta Force team. His electric discharges carry up to 5000 volts of electrical energy, enough to break a Mammoth Tank in two. He can also move at the speed of light, which is the speed lightning travels. The other four rangers are actually clones Electro created to help him dispose of the Order's tyranny. They are Cosmo, the avatar of space and time and Violet Galactic Enforcer (second-in-command and the team's strategist); Hydro, the avatar of water and the seas and Turquoise Galactic Enforcer; Pyro, the avatar of fire and Orange Galactic Enforcer; and Geo, the avatar of earth and volcanoes and Red Galactic Enforcer."
Marks has creative ideas from time to time for Command and Conquer games, including faction objects, maps, and EVA voices. He current works at existing Command and Conquer games, perfecting them, as he calls it, by giving status adjustments to units and buildings; the Mental Omega mod for Command and Conquer Yuri's Revenge is the biggest challenge he is facing. His reason for working on Generals Zero Hour and several mods for it is as follows: I can make better mods than the creators can. A great game must be both perfect and enjoyable. His obsession with perfecting stuff is a result of his love for mathematics and piano playing, where he works the mistakes out of them.
