When a unit is detected for a player, a radar event will trigger. If the unit is cloaked, it will become visible and targetable until it is no longer within the detection range.
This flag functions independently fromand . It does not require nor is affected by their presence.
The logic associated with this flag suffers from an easily exploitable bug. When a unit withis destroyed, a permenantly viable sensor area is retained, centered around the point of that unit's destruction.
