Simple flag which can be set to 'yes' or 'no' and determines if Construction Yards can be undeployed into an MCV and moved once they have been deployed. This is over-ridden by the setting in the multiplayer game set-up screen so does not really have much use. Exactly the same as the 'Redeployable MCV' multiplayer option.
