Pad-built [[AircraftTypes]] at this time also cannot utilize the tag, as a spy entering a building with {{TTL|Radar|yes}} would provide a radar blackout, not veteran aircraft. The AltCameo possibility for [[AirportBound|non-pad bound]] aircraft or VehicleTypes with the fly [[locomotor]] is unknown.
